Some days ago I went in another beautiful corner of my lovely region, before the castle was a bed and breakfast and you can visit it, now you can visit it only outdoor.

The castle is situated on the hill near the city Gaiole in Chianti not far from Florence, surrounded by a wonderfully typical tuscanian countryside with cypress and olive trees, the view around the castle it's beautiful too, I think in the sunny day it's really special

The aatke was an important little city in ancient time and was the residence of the ancient family ricasoli, it was built for protection originally but also asva summer castel for rich families, the castle fortunately wasn’t touched by the many wars but there was some works because it’s old, but the walls and the towers are the original one.
