Riding the Washington Metro - Ride and Station Impressions

We had visited Washington DC before and I had noticed the cool looking Metro stations, but we never had the chance to ride the Metro as much as we did during our whole month in the city.

Our house sit was in Brookland, which meant we took the train to Union Station several times. And we loved it every time, especially the elevated views as we zipped along the Amtrak tracks closer to Union.
