Hey there my Steemit friends. In all of the Galapagos I must say Shipwreck Bay was probably one of my favorite places to visit. Not only was it incredibly convenient to visit as the entire town of Puerto Baquerizo is built around this beach, it was a whole lot of fun being with the animals.

The sea lions are surely the stars of this bay/beach. But going for a walk down the length of this area, you can see pelicans and other birds, crabs, and even groups of the aquatic Galapagos Iguana basking in the sun on the rocks. Anywhere in town Shipwreck Bay is just a short walk to get to here. Then you are basically at the zoo!

I visited this place everyday as I was staying just one block away from it. Always having my camera on me it was kind of hard to not just start taking photos. I enjoy photographing things I don't see all the time, so it took a while for me to not be compelled to start clicking away at all the sea lions here.

By the end of my two week stay I kept my camera in my pocket and that's a good thing or this series may go ten posts deep! But I just have one more post of this place to share with you. I've been saving the best for last; which includes a video of a sea lion jousting match! Until then let's have another look at this Travel Pro Place of Interest!
