Yesterday I travel to New town Nessebar for work and I had a little time to walk around.

Nessebar is one of the most ancient cities in Europe, founded more than 3200 years ago. The old town is extremely beautiful and has many preserved architectural monuments from the Middle Ages.

I will tell you more about old Nessebar another time because now I will show you a little bit of the new town Nessebar.

Administrative life is concentrated in the new part of Nessebar.

To the north and south of the town are located wide beaches and natural sand dunes.

The trees show the presence of Viscum:

I passed by Stadion Nessebar:

Stadion Nesebar is a multi-purpose stadium. The stadium is used for football matches and holds 7,000 spectators.

Next to the stadium is located St. Catherine Church:

An interesting construction in the air caught my attention.

It reminded me of the Pirates of the Caribbean and I was not wrong - a little bit down I saw that there was a Mini Aquapark "Pirates of the Caribbean".

I saw Artium - center for culture and education

The building won a prize of the Building of the Year 2018 competition in the category “Buildings of culture and monuments of culture”.

The new part of the Nessebar is distinguished by its new modern architecture: Guest houses and hotels are also in a new style and meet the latest tourism trends.

I came to a small park with trees and benches located between the new and the old town. It contained curious photos of Nessebar, what he was before and what he looks like now.

In the distance, you can see the old mill of Nessebar. More about the mill and the old town soon...

Thank you for stopping by!
