Welcome to today's weekly Travelfeed Travel Advice roundup brought to you by @for91days.

We hope everyone is having an awesome weekend so far. Today we're featuring general travel articles and advice. We'll start out with a mini review of a flight from the UK to NZ, which talks about all the connections, movies and miles traveled. The second article is about a budget hotel chain called Dormy Inn Korakuen in Japan. Very beautiful rooms, and even better is the spa area with its view. And we're ending our round-up with the last article, where the author shares her travel plans for 2019.

So it begins! My 6 Month Adventure Has Started

Miles travelled: 7,490 Movies watched: Night School (a predictably feel-good Kevin Hart comedy that just about worked), Life Of The Party (a similar storyline executed by Melissa McCarthy), Birdman (a bizarre, dark and artistic film about an egotistical theatre director, made to look like it was filmed in one take) and Tag (a true story of a group of friends that played a 20+ year game of Tag. A decent film, I liked it).

Dormy Inn Korakuen - The latest addition to our favourite hotel chain in Tokyo

Soaking in the traditional Japanese hot spring in the winter after a day of shopping is the best way to revitalise the tired body. We had always enjoyed the Onsen facilities of every Dormy Inn hotel. The Korakuen branch onsen, known as Kasuga no Spring, is one of the biggest we had seen in a Dormy Inn hotel.

Oh the Places You’ll Go
written by @dfinney
There is a whole huge world to see, and I don’t feel settled until I have loosely mapped the year’s travel plan. I say loosely because I am an opportunistic traveler. Without children I don’t have to plan my travel around school breaks, and I am fortunate to have a very flexible work place when it comes to taking time off. (I just tell my boss when I will be gone!) This makes jumping on unexpected travel opportunities a little easier.
