Mono Monday a few recent shots at Haskell Gardens
Well the weather and my shoulder improved this week, so I was able to get out for a few walks and in a wya this post is a teaser for my Wednesday walk post, which is at the same place and perhaps some similar shots but in color, but being a monday I am sharing Mono shots today, well mostly and I will get to that later.
The first walk I took was a visit to the Haskell Gardens here in New Bedford.
A little bit about the gardens
The late Allen C. Haskell, a lifelong New Bedford resident and famed horticulturist, assembled these six acres—the site of a traditional New England-style common, beautiful historic gardens, and one of the oldest homes in the city—over more than 30 years. Today, it’s a public park and unlikely botanical respite, blooming in the heart of New Bedford.
It is supported by a Group called the Trustees who maintain many parks inthe area
I went there as I thought there would be some spring flowers and colors, but to be honets there wasnt much at all but still got some what I think are cool shots and the ones I am sharing today are from there
Starting in the field there, with all the rain we have had and temps climbing a little the grass is coming bakc nicely, not that it shows that well in MOno

and here is the shot that relates to where I said almost all MOno, this greenhouse was the most colorful thing in the gardens when I visited, and I decided to go with some selective coloring for this shot
