Photos at the Volcanera Waterfall

In the last few days, I have been reviewing my trip through the town of Calderas, in Barinas, Venezuela, exploring all the water streams, such as the corridors of the diablito, the iron bridge, Volcanera waterfall, blue well, I still need the waterfall the nuns and the same coffee town of Calderas, but I do not want to move on to the next adventure without finishing showing all the photos of the beautiful waterfall Volcanera.

La Volcanera has an approximate height of 70 meters, it is not an easy access, you have to make a different trekking than usual, the way to it is by the paved river and these stones are gigantic, but when you arrive and see the waterfall you realize that the whole journey was worth it and if you are brave enough you will bathe in its icy waters.

The water is so cold that it activates the circulation and can eliminate any bruises you may have gotten on the way, several of my companions fell and scratched themselves and when they arrived they already had a bruise, but when they bathed for a few minutes it disappeared like magic, in my case my knees hurt a lot, but after getting into the river the pain went away.

There are many places to immortalize the moment; however, the guides know which is the right place to take beautiful pictures, so each person in line was waiting for their turn, one after another to sit and take 4 or 5 pictures and then give way to the next, this rock was the favorite of all where you can see the waterfall in the background which is very far away but seems close.

Fotos en la Cascada la Volcanera

En los últimos días, he estado reseñando mi viaje por el pueblo de Calderas, en Barinas, Venezuela, explorando todas las corrientes de agua, como los corredores del diablito, el puente de hierro, cascada de la Volcanera, pozo azul, todavía me falta la cascada las monjas y el mismo pueblo cafetalero de Calderas, pero no quiero pasar a la siguiente aventura sin terminar de mostrar todas las fotos de la hermosa cascada la Volcanera.

La Volcanera tiene una altura aproximada de unos 70 metros, no es de un acceso fácil, hay que hacer un trekking diferente al acostumbrado, el camino hacia ella es por el río empedrado y estas piedras son gigantes, pero cuando llegas y ves la cascada te das cuenta de que todo el trayecto valió la pena y si eres lo suficientemente valiente te bañarás en sus aguas heladas.

Su agua es tan fría que activa la circulación y puede eliminar algún moretón que te hayas hecho en el trayecto, varios de mis compañeros se cayeron y se rasparon y cuando llegaron ya tenían el hematoma, pero al bañarse por unos minutos este desapareció como arte de magia, en mi caso mis rodillas me dolían mucho, pero después de meterme al río se me quito el dolor.

Hay muchos lugares donde ubicarse para inmortalizar el momento; sin embargo, los guías saben cuál es el sitio indicado donde quedan las fotos hermosas, así que cada persona en cola iba esperando su turno, uno detrás de otro para sentarse y tomarse unas 4 o 5 fotos y así dar paso al siguiente, esta roca fue la favorita de todos donde se puede ver al fondo la cascada que está muy lejos pero parece cerca.
