Hello everyone!
I am in Russia now, but in my heart and archives there are many stories and thousands of photos from Thailand. Today I want to share one of them - about our chance meeting with beautiful birds on the lake.

Early in the morning, my son and I went on a motorbike to a water park, which was 50 kilometers away from us (I will tell you about the water park itself in another post). On the way back, I noticed a lake in the distance, sparkling in the sun, and suggested stopping by to take a couple of photos. We turned off the road and drove closer.

To our surprise, a pair of swans were swimming on the lake. They calmly glided along the water, collecting algae and small bugs.

It turned out that this was a private area next to a large house under construction, but, honestly, such trifles have never stopped me. The swans were not afraid of us at all, and I began to photograph them, although my lens was not quite suitable for such shots.

These graceful birds are a true symbol of love, devotion and nobility. Their movements were mesmerizing: every flap of their wings, every turn of their neck seemed to be part of some magical dance. I tried to capture their movements in the frame to convey this beauty.

My son, seeing the swans, happily called them geese. It took him a long time to explain to him how swans differ from geese. For him, this was the first acquaintance with such birds, and he watched them with delight, asking a lot of questions.

Suddenly we heard the sound of a motorbike. A man drove up to the opposite bank and started throwing something into the water. The swans immediately rushed towards him, and I realized that he was a worker who had come to feed them. Without thinking twice, my son and I climbed over the low fence and came closer.

It turned out that he was throwing into the lake not only food for the swans, but also for the fish. And there were an incredible number of them! The fish were literally jumping out of the water, having a real fight for food. I managed to take some amazing shots of this lively action.

Thailand is an amazing place where you can see so much beauty and adventure in one day. And here no one will chase you away from private territory if you are just admiring nature and not doing anything bad. This random stop at the lake became one of those warm memories that I brought back from the trip.
