I would like to share my experience of Madame Tussauds in London. I was in Scotland to see my bro. In my short trip of 15 days, I got the opportunity to see one the busiest city of the world i.e. London.
We were there for 2 days & my first wish was to visit Madame Tussauds although, my bro was not that much interested in it but planned just because of me.
It was the month of June, month of summer vacation. It’s all crowded and really busy everywhere. I had some reviews from friends so asked my bro to buy tickets online but due to some technical issues, unable to do so.
MADAME TUSSAUDS: LITTLE HISTORY
Who does not know about Madame Tussauds? The museum full of stars. Yes, it is true that this is the only place where you can meet all stars under one roof at the same time. The art of wax through which lifelike figures are made and we get pleasure of taking selfies with our heroes/heroines. It all started like more than 200 years ago and now, having 25 museums all over the world. It got popularity and public demand due to which they have successfully launched Madame Tussauds in different parts of the world.
MY EXPERIENCE
It was a nice cloudy day and we headed for Madame Tussauds, reached and joined the big line of people waiting to buy tickets. As expected and my friends already told me about it that one has to wait in queue for like 1-2 hours for the tickets. The worst thing was that we visited on Sunday and it was like fish market. Firstly, I thought that it won’t take much time but after half an hour and watching the queue I asked my bro to change the plan and go somewhere else but he refused and asked to stick to the plan. He has made his mind and won’t change now. Secondly, we were with one of his friends so not easy to convince him in order to change the plan :P
Well, it is more like a mission now. We were having jokes around while waiting but on the other hand, we were wasting our energy and spoiling the mood.
After almost 2 hours, our time came to enter one of the best attractions in London. WOHOOO finally target achieved.
OMG! It was crowded and we don’t have that attitude to push or ask someone to be quick which is badly needed at such place. As a result, we waited in Bollywood section to be with one of our favorites, spent little time there. Then, I don’t remember a lot as my bro was just not feeling good. I think maybe it was because of the congested space & no fresh air inside or maybe he got tired of travelling (Dundee to London) and no time to rest.
So, we hurriedly took some pictures with stars who were all alone and no people around.
The Genius
Then, had some screams in CHAMBER OF HORROR, scary room.
My bro asked me to have official picture of Madame Tussauds with Mr. Obama and UK Queen but I said no, it would be expensive and better to spend on food but he scolded me and ordered for the same which I couldn’t refuse 😋😋 I really like these pictures because of $$$$
It took almost 2 hours to enter the museum and we came outside in like one and a half hour or maybe less than that but we had lots of fun and memorable time with superstars & celebrities. I would say that they need to improve or do something in order to avoid long waiting queues. Secondly, they need to limit people inside because I think it becomes unpleasant inside when too many people. Lastly, they need to work or remove those figures which are not good or too shiny, not similar with actual ones. There are so many perfect and fine art work which is the reason of popularity, famous and most lovable attraction in London.
I have edited and shortened my video of Madame Tussauds, hope you all like it. Thank You!
