" Georgia (Джорджия)" Lounge and Restaurant || A real Gem in Kharkov, Ukraine

After a long time, I am here with another restaurant review which I think is a real Gem and one of the best restaurant I have been in Kharkiv, Ukraine. From food to the environment, everything was upto mark. In this post, I am going to share detail review of this gem.

"Georgia" is a well known modern restaurant and lounge, located in the center of Kharkov city. Obvioulsy, you will find traditional georgian food here but they combined old-culinary tradition with modern trends.

World of Chandelier :

Obviously, I have never seen a lot of same chandeliers before, I mean except light showroom I have never seen them together. They tried to create an attractive awesome environment for everyone and overall indoor environment was amazing.

They also have outdoor sitting area but we preferred indoor as it was cold and we want to stay warm and cozy.

Sitting arrangement was well organized and oriented, you can go with your friends, family or single however you want. There is family zone, friends zone, table for 2 and table for 3, I mean every type of customers are welcome there.

Entire floor is divided into two zones, one is lounge and another one is restaurant. As I was with my friend so we decided to go to lounge and bar zone, which is this one I am writing.

Interior and environment is also different of both zone. Restaurant area is more formal for family but lounge-bar is informal and more relaxing. Many people prefer this zone because it's attractive colorful and you can enjoy your time with friends.

Menu:

It's time to talk about menu. Menu is clear simple and one important thing I have liked the most was the two language menu, they have both Russian and English Language menu. Normally, in Kharkiv this is rare but here they have english and russian menu both.

They offered best Georgian dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So, anytime you are welcome there. They have some authentic Georgian dishes like khinkali with beef and pork, varieties of khachapuri - with cheese and meat and grilled juicy kebab with side dishes. These are their signature dishes but they have some Ukrainian and continental dishes as well.

Menu is very clear and attractive and price range is medium because as you are going to a fine dining restaurant you have to prepare yourself.

Their drinks menu is huge and full of different varieties of cocktails and wine. They have both cold and hot dishes in their menu and as I have mentined different georgian dishes are available including signature dishes.

We took beef stew or soup which is kind of spicy and looks like curry. It taste spicy and sour because of tomato and spice. It was delicious because their spice are completely different from asian spice and also cooking style is different I guess.

This is authentic Georgian bread which you can take with the soup. Bread with soup is really delicious.

I took beef curry as I forgot the authentic name so I am denoting it as beef curry, it was spicy but not too much and was tasty. As I am a spice girl, I always prefer spice.

I had a great, relaxing time there. Is it expensive? A little bit, for two person we had to spent 330 Uah which is almost 12$ worth of dinner including water and drinks. They served hot food, nice fast service , delicious food and awesome environment.

If you love or want to taste Georgian cuisine I highly recommend this place.
