Moheshkhali the only mountainous island of Bangladesh. It's termed 'the jewel' as cox's bazar. The island is also connected the mainland but I travelled to Moheshkhali by speedboat as it was kind adventurous journey for me.
Though I afraid of speedboat but still for the first time I convinced myself. It took half an hour to reach.
Speedboat journey quite risky specially in the sea. We had two boat so I enjoyed maybe for the group of people and surroundings view.
Upon arrival, take a step of stairs to the bridge. Fascinated when I got up in the briedge. Thinking that where am I. I was stand up on middle in the briedge, left and right side surrounded with breathtaking mangrove forest. walking and seeing the beauty in the eyes of wonder.
Couldn't walk much for a lot of sunshine. Taken a ride after while. The spectacular short ranges hills and stunning landscapes seduce the heart.
Apart from the Natural beauties from the island, the “Buddhist Monastery”( Ananda Myitta Buddha Temple) is another attraction in Moheshkhali Island. This monastery is near to the dockyard of the island.
I really feel great to visit these historical place- Moheshkhali buddhist temple, Rakhaine buddhist temple, pagoda temple, Adinath mondir.
Interestingly it might take a couple of minute to one temple to another.
Experience to see salt-field and shrimp cultivation and on the plain area eye-catching green betel grove.
Being tired, We take coconut water and it tested very sweet. And qurious mind wants to know about the Moheshkhali special one so tested betel leaf. Overall It can call a little adventurous tour. I love it.
