“ The ocean stirs the heart, inspires the imagination and brings eternal joy to the soul.”
-Robert Wyland

¡Hello Steemians! As some of you already know (thanks to the first segment of this story) my friends and I took the days off work from "Holy Week", to disconnect from the digital world and we made a little road trip to Villa Marina beach at the Paraguaná Peninsula in Falcón, Venezuela. That is why today I welcome you again to the second part of this fun adventure.

I do not know if the same thing happens to you, but I love the beach and even though I am 25 years old, I become a little girl as soon as I arrive. The first thing I do is throw my bag in a chair, take off my sandals and run to the shore to feel the water on my feet. At that moment I affirm my connection with the sea and begin to relax instantly.

Unfortunately, this time the water was too cold for me, so I did not dip into the water immediately. Instead, gabito (the son of a friend and only child of the group) and I, walked trought the shore collecting seashells to make figures in the sand.

Then, I made my drink of rum with 7up (lemon soda) and chilled with the other girls in the group while the men were on the grill roasting meat.

Once we ate and had a few more drinks, we joined the beach dance performed by the entertainers of the town where we enjoyed, laughed and danced to the rhythm of the drums.

After dancing for one hour, we ran into the water to refresh ourselves at the beach until sunset.

This was my favorite photograph captured at the end of the day, when we were about to return to the inn.

Finally, I show you my tan after those days of beach, sun and sand. Not everything could be perfect Lol.
