Until 1917 the house was owned by the Falz-Feynov. This family is the founder of Askania-Nova. They themselves lived in the house number 5. It is important to understand that in conjunction with the house number 7 creates a unique architectural ensemble. The owners themselves were quite adventurous. Accordingly, all the apartments of house number 7 were rented.
House during the War
Regular bombing and shelling had a negative impact on the state of the structure. In particular, the firmament was covered with cracks. But the house was saved. His luck lies in the fact that one of the generals of the German army settled here.

Famous people not only from Odessa lived in this house, but from the whole country, including Russia.
