Primorsky Boulevard in Odessa is developing and gradually transforming. Last time I spoke for those houses that are located from the monument to Pushkin to Duke. Now we will talk about the other side. That is, from Duke to the Vorontsov Palace. This is considered the first part of the boulevard, since the numbering begins precisely from the palace of Count Vorontsov.

House number 7

This is one of the semicircular houses, which is located right behind the back of Duc de Richelieu. This is an official building. Various institutions were and continue to be located here. The office building was built by the architect Boffo in 1826-30. It is curious that it was here that the city council and the court were previously located.

House number 6

House of E. Sontag. It is curious that the project of the house was created not by Boff, but by Frapolli. It was built in 1826-27. Interestingly, this house was built by the American sailor George Sontag. It has to do with poets and writers. But that’s not even the point. This is a nice guy, he managed to visit not only the public service, but also a gentleman of fortune.

House number 5

The Lerche tenement house was built in 1823 - 26. It is considered one of the oldest and most beautiful boulevards not only on Primorsky Boulevard. In 1895 it was rebuilt by the architect Chevrembrant.

House number 4

In 1824 Torricelli figured out the house of Sarato and Veroni. The house was reconstructed in 1853 and 85.

House number 3

In 1824, Frapolli built the house of P. Marini.

House number 2

The famous Stolypin house was built by the architect Shal in 1824.

House number 1

Another architectural celebrity. Pototsky's house. It was built in 1826 by Boffo. In 1874 the house was rebuilt by the architect Marazli of the state Gonsiorovskiy.

All houses on Primorsky Boulevard are architectural monuments. They have a rich history. The walls gave away different celebrities.

On the other hand, you can admire the panoramic view of the Greek Park. It was recently opened. But it became the most real attraction of Odessa. There you can see amazing sculptures and fountains. Including "The Beginning of Times".
