Today we will continue our walk through the microdistrict Sugar Factory. Last time we conducted an excursion on the outskirts of this microdistrict. We stopped right near the plant itself. To be precise near his checkpoint. Just from this place and continue our tour.

Standing with his back to the entrance of the sugar plant, we see, on the right side, a kindergarten №5. This is a relatively small kindergarten, designed for one of the smallest areas of the city. True, children are brought here from the village of Vesternichany.

Turn to the right. We pass meters 100 - 150. On the right side we see a long one-story building and a small playground, with a stadium. This is school number 8. Unfortunately, since the new school year, this school will be located in a different building. But now we will not talk about the history of this school. This is a topic for a separate conversation.

We continue to move forward. At the nearest intersection, turn left. After walking a little along this street, we see from the right side a large playground. Unfortunately, the city authorities have nothing to do with it. It was built thanks to the enthusiasm of the parents. A small sponsor's assistance was provided by the charity organization Dobrobut. City authorities believe that in the presence of a stadium and several sports grounds, the neighborhood does not need separate playgrounds. In addition, unfortunately, not all parents are consciously involved in such activities. That is, not everyone wants to spend a little money to build an entertainment venue for their own children. They do not even want to help other parents with their labor.

Well, we rested in the stadium. Earlier he bore the name of Grigory Ivanovich Kotovsky. It was the second city stadium. At the moment he was transferred to the management of the district. Various areas of sports events, tournaments and so on are held here. Here the team of Kuyalnik village takes its rivals. By the way, this team takes part in the Championship of the city of Kotovsk on football.

Nearby is the Town House of Culture. Previously, he was a sugar factory. That is, it was the House of Culture of the sugar factory. A few years ago it was transferred to the jurisdiction of the city. At the same time, the City House of Culture was moved to this building. Previously, it was located in the garrison House of Officers. There are a variety of cultural events in the city. In particular, performances are shown here, concerts, various competitions and so on are held. On the territory of this building there is a large gym. True, it is designed for volleyball and basketball.

If you turn right at the crossroads, we will see a small drinking establishment called "Grandfather". Previously, Between this institution and the stadium was located entertainment area. It was equipped with a Ferris wheel and a variety of carousels. At the moment only the boats located on the territory of the restaurant "U grandfather" have survived.

If you turn left at the intersection, then we immediately see the boarding school. At the beginning of the school year, it will be reformatted. What changes will be made, we will tell you later.

Near the school there is a road leading to the central street. We reach the intersection and turn to the right. On the other side of the street, we see a large enterprise called the "Repairman". A neighbor of this private enterprise is the Furniture Factory, in front of which two enterprises are located: an asphalt plant and a racer. In the neighborhood with the regional road company there is a central gas station.

In the neighborhood with the furniture factory there is a large territory. This is a bakery enterprise. At the moment it belongs to several companies that are engaged in receiving and transporting grain. This enterprise stretches to the Cheryomushki microdistrict.

So we conducted a small tour of the micro-district sugar factory. Thus, at the moment we have told about two microdistricts of the city of Kotovsk: Cheryomushki and Sugar factory. Now we will start conducting excursions to another microdistrict of our city.
