Matti At La Casa Di Beatrice

It's going to be our 8th wedding anniversary tomorrow. Back in the days when my husband and I were still young and childless, we would spend this day out of town, we had traveled to different places just so to celebrate this day of our union.

But since we are already in our 30s and with a child, we have learned to chill. Our adventures now are staycations, hotel check-in, and food trips. Indeed, as we grow older, we just want to relax.

Since Matti appreciates swimming in the pool now, he loves water, we make sure that when we go out, it will be to a place where there's a pool. I couldn't think of any other place to stay which can give us a quiet and peaceful environment but La Casa Di Beatrice.

We went there a year ago for an afternoon snack and fell in love with its ambiance. They got a pool too so I thought this would be the perfect place. We checked in early at 1:30 PM and after Matti's afternoon nap, we went swimming! There were no other people around so we had the pool to ourselves.

Thanks to my husband who gave us a few minutes of his time to take photos although he was still working. Our anniversary's tomorrow, the 24th.
