Who in their right mind would refuse a chocolate chip cookie?
Matti loves chocolate chip cookies, and so do I so on my father's birthday last Monday, my husband and I went out to buy a cake. We never had visited the newly renovated cake shop in our town so it was our first time to see their new set up with new doors and cool interiors, cooler than before because they now have a table inside for those who would like to dine in, a bench for those who will be waiting for their ordered cakes and they have made the room spacious now with a bigger display of products and sweets.
I was even surprised they also set up a photo corner with a swing! And the biggest attraction here is the wall with the art on it and a phrase that says Life is what you bake it! Cutie!
I put Matti in those corners and asked him to pose. I gave him a cookie too just to bribe him to smile at the camera. After a few minutes of smiling, he noticed the ice cream fridge at the other end of the room and so he asked for his favorite Cornetto. He loves eating the bottom first, I guess he's the first person that I know who would want the bottom first because that's where the best of the ice cream is! There's chocolate there and the cone is crunchy!
We bought a chocolate ganache cake for my father and a lot of chocolate chips cookie, we tried their red velvet cookie too! I am glad Matti didn't ask for some gummy bears!
They offer croissants too but on a pre-order basis! I will try that soon and see how it tastes. Matti loves croissants too and I remember him just eating that for breakfast. They serve coffee now as well!
I like the new Sticky buns and I appreciate they are making this place better with more products to offer!
