It was a delight staying at La Casa Di Beatrice. I was happy we chose this place for our 8th wedding anniversary. My way of writing can't really give justice to the beauty, calmness, homeyness, and just lovely experience we had here. On our first day, we just stayed at the resort, I was thinking of going out and visiting the Alona area but because we were so contented with what we have here although the place is just a small one, I really liked it a lot because it just has this warm ambiance that makes you want just to stay and relax!
So we slept really early that night. I had a good rest but it was Matti who had the longest sleep! He woke up at almost eight in the morning! Thank goodness, we have a complimentary breakfast and the staff already asked for our orders the day before so we just went to their in-house restaurant which is called Casa Mirano it's facing the pool so we had a great view of our breakfast!
I ordered this vegetable lumpia and coco meatballs. Both were good but the meatballs were a little weird because of the grated coconut that was in them. However, we were served with their artisan ensaymada for dessert and Matti loved the chocolate one, chocolate indeed for energy! And for the grown-ups, we had our black coffee but I had to ask for milk too as I really want to get my latte needs that day!
We had the whole morning just enjoying the pool, we already had a swim the other day but we went again because Matti demands we go jumping again. We were joined by the two other foreign kids who were staying in this room just right opposite the pool!
Oh, it was really nice to be here. I am considering bringing my parents as well so they can enjoy the place. I have been to La Casa Di Beatrice more than five times and this is still giving me a wow impression. I hope you guys can visit if you are in Panglao! It's also very close to South Farm so if you have kids, you can consider dropping by before or after visiting the farm!
