Hi all, I'm back to writing on Hive after some time off from social networking in general. I want to tell you about my Easter weekend experience, which was very interesting. I would like to share with you my passion for flowers, which is one of the things I am most passionate about. In fact, I always try to participate in the many flower shows that are organized in my area.

Let me take you on a virtual tour of the Tulip Festival at Pralormo Castle today. It's a charming town located about 35 km from Torino, in the province of Torino. This annual festival is a sight to behold, especially on Easter Monday, where you can see over 100,000 different tulips, with numerous varieties on display. It's a wonderful experience that I'm excited to share with you!

I've been there before covid. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, they have no longer organized this beautiful exhibition. This event, which has reached its 23rd edition, is dedicated to these beautiful Dutch flowers that usually bloom in this period in Italy. Lately, many farmers try to create a business related to this flower and dedicate whole fields to its cultivation.

It seems, as can be seen from the images, that these initiatives are highly appreciated by people, who are very fond of this splendid flower from Holland. Too bad that its flowering is ephemeral, considering that the bulbs are already buried in winter.

My favorite tulips are the pink ones and the red ones. I grabbed some to take home for my mother. The space where the event is held is not very big, but this year there were also some rare varieties such as the black tulip. Personally, I don't like its color.

Therefore, it must be said that this place presents itself as the optimal choice for the organization of such a wonderful event. In particular, the tulips that decorate the park of this beautiful castle and the private residence that surrounds it, contribute to creating an even more enchanting atmosphere. Furthermore, within the event there are also educational workshops designed specifically for the youngest, which allow them to get in touch with nature in a fun and engaging way. I had to pay 10 euros to take part in this event, but in my opinion the price was amply justified by the beauty of the experience.

There are small greenhouses located in a slightly distant area of the castle where other types of flowers are grown which require more delicacy and warmth to grow. These flowers are of different species and require particular care, and for this very reason they are kept inside greenhouses.

I hope you enjoyed this post of mine on this beautiful event that I was finally lucky enough to see live again this year, and I hope that you also enjoyed the photos that I tried to take in an exemplary way, see you
