Last Sunday I did not know exactly where to go also because in Italy for a month now the price of gasoline has reached a very high level, and therefore even moving becomes an unsustainable expense but my wife thought of going to the antiques, which is organized about 30 km from our house in a town called Villafranca di Verona where the Verona International Airport is also located.
This antiques market is organized every second Sunday of the month and is free as you can see from the photos it is very popular as an event and becomes very interesting even for a tourist who comes to visit my country because here you can find real finds historians.
you can also find things that have nothing to do with the market, perhaps ethnic things that can still be interesting.
the market takes place between the two main streets of the town of Villafranca right next to the Scaligero Castle and below I leave you the video relating to the Walking that I made around this castle which in my opinion can be really interesting for those who want to visit tomorrow 'Italy but especially the province of Verona.
However, on Sunday we took a very relaxing walk, unfortunately we did not find anything interesting to buy also because the prices for antiques are really high we were looking for some historical books but unfortunately no one had any.
The fact remains that I recommend it as a marketplace also to sell your objects not only to buy them, but it is nice to see that many objects can have a second life and be recovered.
These little cars that you see above reminded me of my childhood too, as a child I liked to collect them especially the Ferrari.
I have always wondered who knows if behind one of these works that are sold there is someone that is worth thousands of euros, however, it has happened to someone to find some valuable.
