Co s třídou ke konci školního roku? Stmelit kolektiv na výletě! Vyrazili jsme na dva, do Bylinkového ráje Sonnentor v Čejkovicích a do Arboreta Křtiny.

V Čejkovicích pro nás měli přichystaný bohatý program. Na začátku exkurze jsme zhlédli film, který představil firmu a její filosofii zaměřenou na respektu k přírodě, partnerům a zaměstnancům. Potom jsme prošli expozicí, odkud bylo možné okénky do výroby. Na závěr byla krátká shrnující přednáška, během níž nám průvodci zahráli loutkové divadlo. V Bylinkovém ráji mají samozřejmě i podnikovou prodejnu. Sice jsme balíček čajů dostali, ale domů jsme si nějaké voňavé dárky přikoupili.

Den před vysvědčením jsme vyrazili do Křtin. V arboretu jsme též měli zajímavý výklad, v parném dní bylo mezi stromy fajn. Na 23 hektarech pěstují 800 druhů dřevin, z nichž kolem 200 je kultivarů vrb. Pár stromů, které zde jsou od samého počátku arboreta, je již stoletých.

The arboretum spans 23 hectares and is home to 800 species of woody plants, about 200 of which are willow cultivars. A few of the trees that have been there since the very beginning of the arboretum are already over a hundred years old.

Z arboreta jsme po Sluneční stezce došli na náves ve Křtinách, kde se nachází barokní Santiniho skvost, kostel Jména panny Marie. Nás ale víc zajímala cukrárna se zmrzkou, nápoji a retromuzeem s ikonickými hračkami z doby mého dětství.

But what caught our attention more was the local sweet shop, with ice cream, drinks, and a retro museum filled with iconic toys from the days of my childhood.

Pohodovými exkurzemi jsme se příjemně naladili na následující den D, kdy se rozdávala v celku pěkná vysvědčení.
