I want to quickly introduce myself for the past 3 years I've been sailing around the world. visiting countries like New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Philippines and currently cruising through Japan, it doesn't stop just there I plan to sail to Alaska, Canada, Mexico, French Polynesia and many more to come.
We arrived at this Beautiful Anchorage with not much expectation, but as soon as we went to shore we were treated by friendly locals, they showed us the beautiful village. We met later up with the Pastor of the local church and he definitely had much better English. He said we should attend the service this evening and recommended visiting the local museum.
The museum which was set up by UNICEF, had some really shocking history, the Museum really has much more detail about the lepra disease, and this information you will not find online.
Culion Village has multiple restaurants and small hotels, all in walking distance. To get to Culion Village you will have to take a ferry from Coron Island. I live on a Boat, but that's how the tourists did it.
Culion is truly a hidden, nestled in on of the most beautiful places in the Philippines in my opinion. This whole region is has crystal clear waters, lots of tourists and its very alive.
