Hi everyone,

Back with more views of Portsmouth and Southsea on the south coast of England.

I observed the recently completed seafront and promenade which I have featured in the past for contrast. Seen here, the new work is flanked by sun blasted grassland as a result of the ongoing heatwave.

A huge grandstand and bar area has been constructed for the upcoming UK leg of the Sail GP.

Finally the sun showed itself after hiding behind a large cloud so I grabbed a shot with the famous Clarence Pier.
