Departed from Budapest in the morning, cycled in a slow mode.

The neighborhood I stayed is close to the end of the city, so it wasn't complicated to get out of it. Good buy, hungarian capital! New adventures are waiting for me :).

Had a deal with Warmshowers (hospitality exchange website for cyclists) user, Zoltan. He wrote he can host me in his house in a small village Pazmand near Velence lake. Arrived early, on afternoon, decided to spent few hours relaxing on the beach of that lake.

Velence is like Balaton, but smaller and less famous for tourists, more for locals - so, not overcrowded.

The sun shined so pleasant (not hot) that I really enjoyed it.

Zoltan lives along with his dog. He works for IT support for a kid's education NGO. After the dinner we decided to go with Zoltan's car to another beach on Velence. In the evening the water temperature is perfect.

Cycled only 54 km today. Swam in the lake around 200 meters :).

День 8. Виїхав із Будапешту зранку, їхав в розслабленому режимі. Домовився на warmshowers про вписку неподалік від озера Веленсе. Золтан мав бути вдома після 4 дня, а я приїхав раніше. Тож я потусив біля озера, поспав трохи.

Ближче до вечора заїхав в село Пазманд, де живе Золтан. Потім ще разом з ним їздили на машині купатись на все те ж озеро.

По кілометражу небагато, півсотні всього накрутив за день.
