I recently told you about the feathered gang and the ducks sitting outside next to the bakery daily. I decided to look at the condition of the ponds next to the circus where these ducks live. The ponds are not far from my office, and today I decided to devote my lunch break to a walk, especially since the weather was comfortable for such an occasion.

It turned out that the upper pond was not frozen at all. Two years ago, at this time, it was possible to meet fishermen on the ice, almost the entire pond was under ice. The lower pond was also more than half open from the ice. The ducks should have plenty of food this year. But the ducks are constantly watching the people who come to feed them. Look, friends, how the ducks are rushing to the shore farthest from me. They're in a hurry for lunch.

Here they are, the troublemakers of ducks. These young people brought their children to show them the ducks. However, it is clear that most of the ducks do not show interest in food, even though they came to this place. They're well-fed, but the crowd instinct kicks in.
By the way, it is in this place that ducks are often fed.

Ducks, pigeons, flying, in a hurry. They probably found out about an earlier competition by @nelinoeva about birds flying in the sky. But I was too late to participate in the competition.

The warm winter provided comfortable living conditions for the ducks. During the cold winter, dead birds can be found lying along the shore. Birds are dying due to lack of food and due to the cold. A large amount of open water makes it possible for birds to get food from the water.
Usually, there are almost no birds on the pond in spring. But I think there will be a lot of ducks on the pond this spring. There will be an imbalance in the number of birds. What will follow? In the wild, this would provide more food for predators, but in the urban area, everything works according to different rules.

After a walk, I decided to go to an institution that used to be called McDonald's, but now it's called Tasty and Dots (Вкусно - и точка). On my last visit, I didn't like the burgers, they changed in taste after McDonald's left Russia.

I took a set of two burgers - Grand and Chicken Premier.
A grand burger is a simple burger: a bun, a cutlet, a slice of cheese, and 2 rings of pickled cucumber.
Chicken Premier contained a piece of chicken instead of a cutlet.
There was no grass, or lettuce leaves in the burgers. Minimalism.
Coffee has always tasted like water with paint in this establishment.
I know that the next visit to this place will not be very soon. I hope that a fast food restaurant with more delicious food will appear nearby.
