While visiting the city of Shuya, I visited the railway station. During the festival, a train arrived at this station from the city of Ivanovo. The peculiarity of the train is that it is a real rarity. The train is driven by a real steam locomotive. Everything is like the good old days.
Coal is burning in the locomotive's furnace. The energy of the coal is transferred to the steam, which pushes the pistons and makes the locomotive and the train move.
In a word, to see a real steam locomotive now is already a pleasure.
Arriving at the railway station, I did not see a steam locomotive. I was told that the locomotive should arrive in an hour and a half, after it makes the U-turn maneuvers on the tracks.
I thought that I would no longer see this miracle of technology, since I would have to go home. But I was lucky and I was still able to see this real steam locomotive.
The train itself is decorated in the style of the late 19th century. The interiors of the cars and the staff of the conductors and other railroad workers are dressed in appropriate suits.
It happened at night and the steam from the locomotive's boiler in the light of the searchlights created a magical atmosphere.

By the way, a museum was organized in the building of the railway station. The exhibits are dedicated to the history of railway transport. The suits and uniforms of railway workers from the very beginning to the present day.
