Today is Itam market day!
Here in Akwa Ibom, uyo precisely, a day is always set as aside in a week for "Itam Market Day" otherwise known as "Etaha"

I went with mom to get food stuff for new year celebration
The shopping was fun and exciting but it was quite stressful
Having to trek and walk around to buy and get different stuffs😊
Shopping with Mon was quite enjoyable. I love shopping with mom because of chances of getting new things for myself, likes of new dress, shoes, bags, underwears, snacks and much more.
Itam market day is always crowded and suffocating
The population is just too much to bear.
But nothing can be done about it.
We have to shop, we need to still go and buy.
Too bad that I couldn't get a shot with mom on our outing because of chances of market thieves snatching my phone and making away with it.
Whenever you are to go there, you need to be careful with your belongings such as money, jeweleries, gadgets.
No place is actually too safe globally especially in a situation where the population is huge and unbearable.

Itam Market is easily accessible because it is located on an outreach of uyo, along the roadside is the market situated close to president Goodluck Jonathan's flyover.
My trip to Itam market was a success!
I got the things I needed and no. Shopped for her goods and beverages.
It felt great to go round the market and buy things with mom
It was quite awesome too to see the traders both roadside and small shop traders calling out for customers to get their good and a lesser and lower prices
