In this "Travel Pro Food Porn" series we highlight food from around the world! One of the best things about traveling the globe is experiencing the food culture of each location. I'm a big time foodie at heart and one of the greatest motivating factors when choosing a travel destination is the food. So in this series you are going to get to see exactly what I've been eating and what you can expect to eat too when visiting the given destination.

This time we find ourselves in a world of tacos in Playa Carmen Mexico! And boy is it good! I'm a chili head and proud of it! Here in Mexico you can certainly get your chili fix in a major way! I was eating spicy food until smoke was coming out of my ears. But if spicy food is not your thing do not worry, as it's the spicy salsas on the table that you add to spice things up; and I certainly was not shy!

There are great street carts selling tacos for as little as 50 cents each US all over the city. Sit down restaurants like El Fogon that I highly recommend come at a slightly higher price. I'm going to start documenting what I eat more as I travel, so this is just a short photo post of two parts each with six photos.
