Day 2 - Play!
After spending the night with friends and couch surf we were happy for our snowboarding day. Not snowing and perfect cold snow to get boards on track.
Afternoon agenda hiking at castle rock trail and roadtrip set.
Already wishing go back here and spend more time at Big Bear. Such incredible place.

In last minute we decided Going to Big Bear play in the snow...
It was our first time going to Big Bear, we heard that is smaller than Lake Tahoe but fun is huge!
We pack our stuff, rent rides and get road to Big Bear. We expect spend the weekend, grab some comfort food and snowboard.
The path is not easy, with slippery roads, always good to check your ride before start this trip. You also may need tires chains depending the season.
We went in December, and our cars didn't need tire chains. Bu we noticed others using it.. so keep that in mind.
Places to stay was not cheap. we found some cabins about $400 night. But few others options around $200 night. But as we had some friends in town, we could afford some friendship and couch surf.
I'm sharing the first day road trip, next post I pretend to publish more pictures. Enjoy this ride with incredible landscapes, mountains and nature.
