This lovely garden is part of the Klassik Hotel, in Chișinău, Moldova. This was a common area that every guest had access to, in case they wanted to relax a bit, before heading out to visit the city.

There were some covered tables and benches where you could have a meal, if you wanted to... but most people preferred to stay inside, closer to the breakfast buffet. 😜

Here's a shot at the front of the hotel, taken outside, from across the street.

I found it a lot interesting that the only word that wasn't exactly like the Portuguese counterpart is Klassic (that would be "Clássico" in Portuguese.) The rest is exactly the same. Vila Turistica, whether it's in Portuguese or Romanian is spelled in the same way... and it means "Touristic Villa".

This is a very affordable little hotel with great amenities. There is a beautiful swimming pool open all day long, so take your bathing suit with you. There was also an indoor swimming pool, but since the weather was so fine, no one was using it and the lights were turned off.

It's understandable. Who needs an indoor swimming pool, when they can enjoy this one instead? 😁

I don't know if I'll ever visit the capital of Moldova again but in case I do, I have no doubts. I'll stay at this place once again. I don't think there's anything better in the city... and the prices are really cheap.

It's located in a calm part of the city and the busy city center is only 10 minutes away, by foot. To the opposite direction, also 10 minutes away, you'll find a beautiful lake. 😊

The breakfast is quite varied and extremely good and, on top of it all, you get a personal driver who takes you from the airport to the hotel and back, at no extra charge. Hard to beat such a deal. 😉
