I've actually seen enough of that, one would say - but still not quenched my thirst. Not even after 1.5 years through Asia. Everything wild and totally overgrown attracts me. These old trees clinging to their roots around the stones and old ruins as if to devour everything. They try to get water and nutrients. It's damp under the rocks.
So old ruins, many years old are something very special. I wonder what it was like there before it fell apart. As the people had lived there... What has happened..... I would have liked to become an archaeologist when I was a child. But things turned out differently.
Enjoy the images and the power of nature. She gives and takes our lives at the same time. A force we'll never defeat, that's a good thing.
Davon habe ich eigentlich genug gesehen, würde man sagen- aber mein Durst immer noch nicht gestillt. Auch nach 1,5 Jahren durch Asien noch nicht. Alles was wild ist und total verwildert ist, zieht mich an. Diese alten Bäume, welche ihre Wurzeln um die Steine und alten Ruinen klammern, als wollten sie alles verschlingen. Dabei versuchen sie eher an Wasser und Nährstoffen zu kommen. Unter den Steinen ist es feucht.
So alte Ruinen, viele Jahre alt sind etwas ganz Besonderes. Wie es wohl damals dort war, als es noch nicht zerfallen war? Wie die Menschen dort gewohnt hatten... Was alles passiert ist.... Als Kind wäre ich auch gerne Archäologe geworden. Doch es kam anders.
Erfreut euch an den Bildern und der Kraft der Natur. Sie gibt und nimmt uns zugleich das Leben. Eine Kraft, die wir nie besiegen werden, das ist auch gut so.
