Hey Steemians, good Day !!
After some time without tasteem review, today we start again.
For you a review for a high-class dinner, in a beautiful location and with refined and particular dishes, worthy of the best chefs.
The restaurant in question is located in Crocera of Barge, a small town between Cuneo and Turin, at the foot of the Alps, in Italy and his name is "d'La Picocarda".

Ehilà Steemians, buongiorno!!
Dopo un po' di tempo senza tasteem review oggi si riparte.
Per voi una recensione per una cena di alta classe, in una bellissima location e dai piatti ricercati e particolari, degno dei migliori Chef.
Il ristorante in questione si trova a Crocera di Barge, una piccola località tra Cuneo e Torino, ai piedi delle Alpi, in Italia e si chiama "dLa Picocarda".

The restaurant is really well-kept and refined. Exposed wooden beams, burning fireplace and atmosphere accompanied with light jazz music. Like in a movie.

Il locale è davvero molto curato e raffinato. Travi in legno a vista, caminetto ardente e atmosfera accompagnata con una leggera musica jazz. Come in un film.

As for the menu, you can choose the land tasting or the sea tasting, then meat or fish menu; or à la carte, the choice is yours.
If you come here, however, as a tip, you can only take the sea tasting, it is simply fantastic.

Per quanto riguarda il menù si può scegliere la degustazione di Terra o la degustazione di Mare, quindi menù di carne o pesce; oppure alla carta, a voi la scelta.
Se venite qui però, come consiglio, non potete che prendere la degustazione di mare, è semplicemente fantastica.

Let's now pass to the dishes on the menu:

Entrèe: liver pate, veal with tuna sauce and omelette
1- Seafood appetizer with fried scallops with tamarind sauce 2- Second seafood appetizer with grilled octopus and artichokes with peanuts
3- Licorice risotto with salmon paté (fantastic)
4- Salmon steak
5- Dessert with chocolate meringues with Marron Glaces.

Passiamo ora ai piatti del menu:

Entrèe: patè di fegato, vitello tonnato e frittatina
1- Antipasto di mare con capesante fritte con salsa al tamarindo
2- Secondo antipasto di mare con polpo grigliato e carciofi con arachidi
3- Risotto alla liquirizia con paté di salmone (fantastico)
4- Trancio di salmone
5- Dolce con meringhe al cioccolato con Marron Glaces.

To accompany everything with taste and class, a good wine cannot be missing.
Which? Get advice from the lady who runs the restaurant, she will surely give you the right one for you.
Personally I was looking for a refined, aromatic taste and full-bodied, and I took a nice Rezling. I couldn't make a better choice. It was drunk that it was a marvel.

Per accompagnare il tutto con gusto e classe, non può mancare un buon vino.
Quale? Fatevi consigliare dalla signora che gestisce il locale, saprà darvi sicuramente quello giusto per voi.
Personalmente cercavo un gusto ricercato, aromatico
e corposo, e ho preso un bel Rezling. Scelta più azzeccata non potevo fare. Si è bevuto che era una meraviglia.

The restaurant is a really good choice. Location, Menu, Environment: all Top. This is truly a restaurant to recommend.
Aimhe is, however, rightly, a slightly more expensive place than average, here for food and drink there are about 60/70 € each.
And after a wonderful meal you leave the restaurant.

Il ristorante è davvero un'ottima scelta.
Location, Menù, Ambiente: tutto Top.
Questo è veramente un ristorante da consigliare.
Aimhe è però, giustamente, un locale un po' più caro della media, qui per mangiare e bere ci vanno circa 60/70€ a testa.
E dopo una meravigliosa mangiata si lascia il locale.
