Welcome to today's Weekly Travelfeed roundup brought to you by @for91days.
Traveling opens your eyes and heart to the world. We want to take you by the hand and come explore our favorite three travel articles submitted to us, using the #travelfeed tag. We absolutely love the write up about the Sigiriya rock in Sri Lanka, this terror ridden island needs to get all the support it can get, and we as travelers owe the people there to continue visiting them. The second article will provide you with five places you need to visit when you're in Georgia. It seems like Georgia is climbing up in popularity with travelers lately. And the closing article is taking you to Alberobello which is a small Italian village near Bari, enchanting us with beautiful little huts, straight out of a fairy tale.
Please note - we are still in search for one more curator to cover a day or two a week. If you are interested, please contact us on discord (kindly find a link at the bottom of the page). Now let’s get reading!

Travel Diaries - Sigiriya, Sri Lanka
written by @tggr
A little further from Dambulla is one of the probably most known sights in the country. Sigiriya, also known as a Lion Rock, is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and has been declared as an eighth wonder of the world. With vertical sides and nearly 200m height, this rock was a site of an ancient civilization.

5 things you need to know before you visit Georgia
written by @haydae
Mention Georgia and people will usually think about one of United-States’ 50 states, forgetting that it is also a country in the Caucasus region. Neighboured by such superpowers as Russia and Turkey, Georgia was always at the crossroads of the West and the East. As such, its history is one of invasions and conquests but the country managed to embrace foreign influences and still maintain its unique cultural identity, culminating in its independence in 1991.
The 3rd Place
Trulli of ALBEROBELLO - UNESCO World Heritage Site
written by @lashotta
Alberobello is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. All thanks to the unique houses, trulli. These are round houses with a characteristic stone roof in the shape of a pointed cone. In the past, limestone slates were used to build such houses, which were laid without cement mortar.
