Welcome to today's Weekly Travelfeed roundup brought to you by @for91days.

What a week! We're so pumped that the release of our TravelFeed Beta went down so well. We've received so much great feedback and support, and we're happy to share with you that, thanks to the announcement of a future token, we gathered many new delegations and now have a total of 27k in Steem Power, which will be used to upvote high quality travel content submitted to TravelFeed. In case you missed our big announcement, you can check it out via via this link.

Talking of high quality content! TravelFeed is build by travelers for travelers, that said, many of our team members are great travel bloggers themselves. As of now, we've been excluding content from our team, but after discussing it we came to the conclusion, good content is good content and should be featured on TravelFeed. After all, this is why we started our project: We want to bring amazing travel stories forward and help authors with rewards. Of course, the curator of the day won't be able to curate their own submissions, and we would like to highlight that the majority of other curation projects on the Steem Blockchain consider submissions from their own team.

And without any further delays, these are our favorite travel articles submitted to us using TravelFeed or the #travelfeed tag.

Please note - we are still in search for one more curator to cover a day or two a week. If you are interested, please contact us on discord (kindly find a link at the bottom of the page). Now let’s get reading!

Three BEST posts of the week

A quick recap - For the weekly round-up, we feature the best 3 posts out of the ones previously featured in the daily topic curation posts in the past week. The rewards will go to the first three places as follows: 1st place - 3 STEEM, 2nd place - 2 STEEM and 3rd place - 1 STEEM.

The 1st Place
Hiking the volcano Acatenango in Guatemala
written by @globetrotterin
It's probably the most famous volcano in Guatemala, because you can hike it, and everyone does it. The summit is about 4'000m high, so yes it's high and from the start until the top is a lot of Elevation to gain.

The 2nd Place
In a Search For a Lonely Beach
written by @wnfdiary
I will not claim, we are 100% adventure seekers who are in search of the last remote place on this planet. However, from time to time, we like to embrace our Indiana Jones side and make our little expedition to some faraway place.

The 3rd Place
Pokhara, Nepal - Travelreport
written by @worldcapture

After spending 3 intense days in the capital of Nepal - Kathmandu, it was time to move on and discover more of this exciting country. My next destination was Pokhara, which is located about 200 Km west of Kathmandu.
