Welcome to today's weekly Travelfeed Europe roundup brought to you by @guchtere and @for91days.
It's hard to imagine, but the vast majority of Parisians would never even consider a trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower. It's just that people tend not to go sightseeing in their own towns. Our first featured author this week has to decided to fight against this trend, setting out to explore the city in which she's been studying for the past eight years. In our second article, we'll climb the Tower of the Council, in the Romanian town of Sibiu, from where there are amazing views over the main square. And if you have a thing for waterfalls, you won't want to miss the final article this week, from the Westfjords of Iceland.

Un Dieu, un Roy. Une Foy, une Loy. Ici, c’est Caen.
written by @bertille-aa
I travel a lot and I love to be a tourist all over Europe to discover new cultures, new places, new part of the history … But yesterday while talking with a friend (who also travels a lot) we realized that we have not even visited half of the city where we have been studying for 8 years now. Have you ever thought that you do not know so well the city where you live too?
Let's travel together #87 - Turnul Sfatului (The Tower of the Council)
written by @gabrielatravels
Probably not one of the best towers in the world but definitely, one of the few with such a beautiful story behind it and that is so rich in history and great views once you reach the top of it. A visit to Turnul Sfatului will make you feel like being on top of the world and it worth every single step you make on the stairs through the tower.
Vestfirðir, the western fjords of Iceland - Part II
written by @saunter
It became clear on the spot that it was probably the most sought-after place in the region. The only place in the Westfjords where we can say that we met quite a lot of people. Dynjandi covered almost the entire field of view, when one looked at it directly. There was a path leading to the best viewing "terrace", which every now and then revealed smaller, tiny waterfalls, invisible from below, and which perfectly fitted in with their huge, "older brother".
