TravelFeed is a project by @jpphotography, @rimicane, @for91days and @wanderlass. We are passionate travelers who met each other on Steemit. Read our intro!

On this week's Travelfeed Asia, we will take you from ancient to modern cities. Our first stop is in the coastal town of Antalya in Turkey. This old town has a lot to offer from waterfalls to ancient structures. Add these to the hospitable locals who might even treat you with a sumptuous traditional Turkish breakfast. Our next stop is another historical site in China. In the middle of the Yangtze river, you will find the ancient city of Baidicheng. Learn its history through its shrines and poems dedicated to it. Finally, let's move to modern times in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Amidst the motorbike chaos, one will always find interesting places that show its French colonial past and the rest of its history. After a tiring day, treat yourself with a delicious Bahn Mhi and big bowl of Pho.

Antalya, the Mediterranean jewel of Turkey!
written by @backpackingchef

Antalya is situated on the southern coast of Turkey, and the city itself is perched on the cliffs of the Mediterranean Sea. This means all year round the weather is beautiful, the food is delicious, the people are so warm and hospitable, and if you're into swimming, sunbaking or my favourite, diving! This is the perfect place for you!

Baidicheng - White Emperor's City 白帝城
written by @stabilowl

Coming down from the top of the hill, we can see the beautiful scenery of the Yangtze River along the way. Here, we can admire the close by Qutang Gorge, one of the narrowest gorge of the Yangtze River, flanked by near vertical steep cliffs. The close proximity of Baidicheng to this narrow gorge is the reason why this ancient city is extra important as a fortification historically.

Revisiting the madness of Saigon, one of my favorite cities in the world
written by @dispatches

Ho Chi Minh City - still Saigon to locals - is a beautiful ballet of chaos that shouldn't work but somehow does. I first visited eight years ago and fell in love. Six years ago I moved there. All the things I loved while visiting started getting to me when I had to deal with them everyday.
