Welcome to today's weekly Travelfeed America roundup brought to you by @mrprofessor.
The Americas reserve many beauties for those who wander; some prefer the cold lands of the extremes, others may want to go for the tropical waters near the Equator. Today's selection start exactly there, on the paradisiac beaches of Brazil, with its hot waters and Caipirinha. From there we'll explore a small country called Belize, in Central America - visit this post if you want to know all the details of this wonderful small country. If you want to explore high altitudes you may prefer going to Peru - our third selection provides you with all the information about this beautiful country.

The coastline here is a paradise for beach goers and water sports for the adrenaline seeker. It's all about the jacuzzi warm waters, bleach white sand, rolling scrub covered dunes, lazy estuaries and other postcard cliches.

This little country is located on the eastern coast of Central America. To the north there is a border with Mexico, to the east there is the Caribbean Sea and to the west there is a border with Guatemala.
Cusco, the gateway to Machu Picchu is a city in the sky at an elevation of over 11,000 ft (3,400m). It is one of the highest cities in the world with a population of over 350,000 inhabitants. Located way up in the Andes Mountains altitude sickness is an issue for many visitors.
