Last week , i have visiting our local museum . I have write about the big whale skeleton READ HERE , that has been display there.
Well , it was a worth of visit since i havent visit this area for more than a decade. The museum has been divide into a few section. It has 4 floor including the underground floor , but only 2 floor was open to visitor.
As many places , before you enter and enjoy the displays you need to register yourselves at the reception counter and pay the ticket.
The ticket is quite cheap and of course affordable to everyone . It only RM 2 for the local and RM 10 for non-local visitor.
When you enter the exhibition area , the first thing you ll see is THE WHALE SKELETON
And the other animal replica that almost disappear in earth that only available in BORNEO. Some of them is no longer exist .

THE FIRST FLOOR (LOCAL TRADITION STORY )
The first floor tell a lot about local history , culture , costume , celebration and old belief.
THE SECOND FLOOR (THE STORY OF CIVILIZATION IN BORNEO SPECIFICLY SABAH)
The second floor tell a lot about civilization of human being that start in Borneo million years ago until now. From the cave men until the sea route and war thousand years ago.
This is some artificial that has been found from many places in BORNEO.
It was a great visit , and i ll come again to read about the detail because i didnt have much time during my visit since it almost closing hours. I hope you enjoy the time travel with me in the museum. :).
