Hello, my dear Hive fellows! Welcome to my world of traveling.
Sometimes, it feels like you can't breathe in the world of concrete heaven, especially in a busy city like Beijing. Being a nature lover it becomes more difficult but in my true opinion Beijing is just more natural than you can imagine, just you need to discover the natural heaven and you can find more than you can expect. Recently I visited a hidden gem in the city that you can not find in the conventional tour or travel groups or websites as a recommended tour destination as I have not read about it earlier. However, I got the location from the Chinese map app as the parks with natural beauty are marked as green and the water body as blueish. “Yu Yuan Tan Park”, also known as Jade Deep Lake Park, is a peaceful place in the city which is located in Haidian District. Visiting this urban park was a welcome break from my busy life, and I'm here to tell you all about the visit in this blog with some spectacular pictures taken by me.
My trip started by entering through the park's west gate. There was a tall stone structure with many detailed carvings and details descriptions of several spots with the location of toilets and other exit entries. As I walked through, I felt like I had entered a different world and the cost to enter was only 2 yuan which is so cheap that anyone could go there and relax. It is a hidden gem in the middle of a big city like Beijing. It is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places to visit while you are in Beijing near the city center. The moment I walked through the door, I felt a calm and peaceful environment far from the city chaos.
A traditional Chinese-style arched gate was the entry point here. The brickwork of the gate is carefully carved with some beautiful patterns. Bright red lanterns hang and red colors on the road ahead. The big lake in the middle of the park immediately caught my eye with its soft waves and bright water. As I looked at the natural beauty in front of me, the tall buildings of the city around me started to fade into the background. I decided to take a slow walk around the lake to enjoy the beautiful scenery and feel at home with nature. I couldn't help but feel thankful that I could enjoy such a peaceful place in the middle of a busy city because of the beautiful greenery surrounding the lake.
I saw many people enjoying the park in different ways as I was exploring the big lake. Some people were floating on paddle boats, enjoying the view as they slowly moved across the water. Everyone of all ages can play at the Park. I see families having fun with their children on the ground. Many of the visitors explore the scenic view of the big lake and spend their time with nature. The sound of their laughing can be heard all around the park making a festive loo there. One of the most exciting things about Yu Yuan Tan Park was how healthy nature and the city worked together. The tall buildings around the park enhanced its natural beauty, creating an incredible scene.
The park's mostly green surroundings added to the peaceful mood, and as I looked around, I felt more and more comfortable and relaxed. In the middle of the city, the park was a great spot to enjoy such a natural and peaceful place. I enjoyed the slow pace and explored the area's beauty for several hours and took photos with my mobile as much as possible from different locations and angles. During my walk, I felt more and more linked to nature as a nature lover this place is really worth visiting.
As I went deeper, the park opened up in front of me like a live picture. The lake-side clean roads were covered in lush grass, and bright flowers added color to the scene. Tall trees blocked the hot sun with branches reaching the sky. The air itself smelled better as it was 100% natural and organic. It was beautiful to see how the blue sky and green surroundings were reflected in lake water. Soft waves moved across the water, showing a stunning light and shade.
I have also seen the surrounding spots where many lotus plants were floating and I have seen water lily flowers which is the national flower of Bangladesh there. It is enough large to spend a full day covering the whole area of the park. Yu Yuan Tan Park is not a hidden paradise but an essential part of Beijing city. From far away, huge buildings made of glass and steel rise, and their effects sparkle on the lake's water. The contrast between the calmness of nature and the busyness of cities gives the scene a unique charm.
My trip to the Park was truly amazing. As the day at the park comes to a close, I leave with a happy mood. It's turned into a haven for me, away from the chaos of the city. Its beauty is mesmerizing, and its peace is healing. From the breathtaking natural beauty to the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, the park made me feel refreshed and relaxed. If you want to get away from the noise and chaos of the city for a while and relax, I think you should go. I will return to this beautiful park in the future to enjoy its peaceful beauty again.
I hope you like my visit to such an amazing place in Beijing city. It was amazing to have such tours to an amazing place like this with the beauty of nature to enjoy and lose myself away from the whole busy life!
