Greetings, My dear Hive Fellows.
It is a great pleasure to live in a beautiful place, and if the location is in the natural scenic hub, then the beauty of the surroundings of that place is elevated to a great level that can make you feel like living in a heavenly place in the world. I have heard and watched a lot of videos about such stunning places in various countries around the world, and China is one of the most beautiful countries with so many natural miracles and breathtaking beauty all over the country. Every place has different kind of beauty and my living place is also Huairou district is one of natural beauty with a large area of wild forests, mountains and several lakes in the district that make the district one of the best tourist attractions in the Beijing Municipal.
On my recent visit to the city area of Huairo over the weekend, I went to explore the lakeside area near Huairou city area, which is not so far from the city center, and that is within walking distance. The tiny lake area has a large pond that is connected with the immense Huairou Water Reservoir Lake, which is one of the biggest lakes in the whole of Beijing Municipal, and it is much larger than the Yanqihu Lake near my dormitory area where I have visited many times.
A few weeks ago I have visited this area by bus when I saw that that lake was completely empty as that time the lake or also known as river was under dredging status to enhance the depth of the lake. Still you can see that the road on this area is still blocked due to the construction work. As the weather was not so clear and there was some air pollution, though the weather remains so neat and clean this year most of the time. As you can see in the photos, the sun is hidden by a dirty, hazy sky that is no longer with the deep blue.
The natural beauty, as you can see in the photos, makes the experience even better with the scenic view of the rippling water. The strong wind is also comfortable with the higher temperatures at the current time in Beijing right now. The weather was great for outdoor activity. And I spent around one hour there, surrounded by the lakeside area.
I saw some people flying kites in the nearby open space, and it seemed that the spring season had already arrived in this part of Beijing. The kites were not so colorful, and I captured this one with my phone camera with poor-quality zoom, as you can see. The overall vibes were a great one as the temperature is rising at this end time of the winter, and people have started their weekend with more outdoor activities nowadays.
It was a great opportunity for me to go there as taking the bus to get to the beautiful area was much easier and cheaper for me from the dormitory area where I am currently living. From the start, the weather initially made me feel down, but it made my holiday a great one.
From these pictures, you can see that the sun is hidden by a cloudy, dusty sky that is less blue and beautiful. Everything in the surrounding area looks less beautiful because the sky is supporting a lot with its insane level of beauty with the deep blue in the background. This is because the sun's rays are making polluted air particles fade away. This time, it looks like everything has less color. The main thing that makes the nature less beautiful and less attractive is that the views of the area is getting more whitish effect due to the condition of the weather that day.
Nature looks very dull and sad, and everything seems to have lost its color that day, but I enjoyed my afternoon there with very comfortable weather in the eleventh hour of the winter. The weather is not as nice at this time of year if you want to visit some wild, beautiful places. But for wnjoying my weekend, I love to go to enjoy the beauty of nature any day when I have time to explore tha natural beauty. This lake is close to Huairou city area and a beautiful spot close to the city where you can enjoy natural scenic views here.
