There is no boundary in exploring new things as you can find some places surrounding you all the time. You need an intention to explore that through a different view and I am sure anyone can find some of the views from the unseen world. I also try to find such places surrounding me and explore them when I get time. For this purpose, I check the map on my phone and try to find some amazing places with natural beauty with the satellite view option of the map.
Beijing is so large that I can find some places in every 4/5 km here and I am also very lucky that I am living very far from the city center where most of the areas are forestry areas with a lot of water streams, lakes, mountains and many places with natural beauty. I am living in the northern part of Beijing Municipal, there are hundreds of mountains and many lakes. Most of the interesting parts of the Great Wall can be found in this area, which is also where most tourists, especially foreigners visit that area. But these mountains have more to offer that is still known to the only local people. Today, I'm going to talk about another city Miyun which is a neighboring city to the north of where I live.
As this city is further north, so there are more mountains and a big lake. During my recent visit, I had a walk in a public mountain park for free; there are some viewpoints where I took these photos. The view of the mountains from the top is so stunning that it will let you forget your tiredness to climb up here at the top peak. Getting to the top of the mountains is hard because there aren't any natural or easy hiking trails. The only way to get there is on a road that people have made.
In addition, the view from the top is stunning, you can enjoy a full 360-degree view of the area. On one side, the largest lake in the Beijing by the Mountains series is truly breathtaking. Also, on the other side of the lake, there are hundreds of beautiful mountains. They look even more beautiful. The natural beauty is always more appealing than the other places in the southern parts of downtown Beijing.
