Travel Digest
#1 Walt Disney Studios, Paris, France
First, @vegoutt-travel takes us to Walt Disney Studios in Paris, France. This is the second of the two Disney theme parks in Marne-la-Valee. However, this one is dedicated to Disney's show business—themed after movies, productions and the behind-the-scenes magic. The 'must do' ride is the Hollywood tower hotel, an accelerated drop ride through the dark. Other attractions include the Toon Studio, the Hollywood cinematic backlot, and watching the various live stage productions. Stay in the onsite hotel where you can eat as Mickey dark chocolate croissants as you desire, and to avoid the 40-minute commute from central Paris.

Next, @jpphotography takes us to the Mahar Aung Myay jade market in Mandalay, Myanmar. He arrived late afternoon so most stalls were closed and those that were left were finishing up their work for the day. As the only foreigner around, he avoided the market's entrance fee, which tourists who arrive earlier in the day must pay. However, there were still enough stalls open to get a sense of the place. Mahar Aung Myay is not only a place for trading jade, but also the workplace of many grinders, polishers, and artisans processing the raw gemstones into beautiful jewellery. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Finally, @damm-steemit takes us to Zaamin National Park in the Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan. His first stop in the park was 'Bobo-yenghok' or 'Nut tree the Elder'. This tree is 700 years old, has seven trunks and 777 branches (apparently). He continues onto Sanatorium Zaamin, a healing spa located in the juniper forests, 2000m above sea level. After stopping a waterfall, he then visits a half completed radio telescope left over from the USSR era. The final stop of the day was for a walk through a gorge, past a mountain river, for some beautiful views.
