Here's a few shots I have collected from a few different markets I passed by in the past few weeks in Chicago. Happy #marketfriday by @dswigle
Here's a couple candles with objects embedded in them. I got these photos from an art fair across the street from the Wrigley Building in Chicago.
Here's a wine themed candle.
Another artist was selling painted stones with funny characters.
Here's a close-up of some of the pebble pals.
Another booth was selling wine bottle corks to seal your unfinished bottles with. The patterns on top were made with beads encased in poly.
And some handmade gaudy jewelry...
Later that day I found more crystals and minerals at the train station French market.
Here are some tai chi stress balls made out of different minerals. I'm not sure what the spikey things are...
Here's some quartz in a clay bowl.
Some more jewelry.
And shiny bracelets.
Now for the food goods. Here's a stand that sold cookies and scones.
Another place was selling maple syrup from Michigan.
This is a first for me. I've never tried chocolate honey before.
I ended up buying this syrawberry rhubarb because I love rhubarb.
Here's a basket i was eyeing for mushroom collecting. It's a bit too cumbersome though.
This shop had a nice morel puzzle. I almost wanted to get this but i wouldcrather spend time hunting for real mushrooms lol.
Here's some ceramic flower holders from a dutch themed stand.
And some more ceramic.
Here's a bonus squirrel who wishes he could crash one of the food stands at the market. Happy #marketfriday
