Indulge in a Fancy Coffee Break at Serata Hall

A fancy coffee stop at Serata Hall

It is time to indulge in a fancy coffee break at Serata Hall in Old Street. And what do I think about it?

That's what I am about to share with you, get ready for all that you want to know but you never asked for.

You know I love to walk around and just find and enter in new places to try their coffee.

Serata Hall was not an obvious choice for me, since it is very much not a coffee shop, more of a restaurant, bar type of vibes.

It was the middle of the afternoon, so it was empty, and I thought I would give it a go.

Be one of those annoying people that go to a restaurant just to drink a coffee. Let me tell you, waiters really hate that, now you know.

One thing I have to say. I love their own mugs. Because some places are trying to look fancy and are serving their coffees in the most awful and difficult to drink mugs.

But let me start by saying that what captivated me in this place was that it looked beautiful and since I looked inside and there were already some people there just chilling and having a coffee. I did not felt too bad.

I was not hungry at all, so I did not even looked at the menu. I can't tell you anything about it, when it comes to it.

But you also know that I am not much of a foodie, so probably my opinion would have been irrelevant.

The way all the tables were set is beautiful and you can tell that they are set for meals and not coffees.

Even these high tables had the same setup. As soon as I sat, the waiter came with a bottle of water, that was very nice, and shows the great level of service of the place.

For sure this is a great place for you to stop in the afternoon, have a coffee or a glass of wine, and get some work done from your phone or laptop.

The atmosphere is really nice and the space itself looks beautiful.

Now let's talk about the coffee, because that's what you want to know.

Was the coffee delicious?

Would I come back for more?

I have to say, that the coffee was just okay. Nothing special, and I think if I decided to go back for another afternoon there, I will probably order a glass of wine instead.

I believe that in the area you can find other places where you can get a tastier coffee.

Don't get me wrong, was still alright.

As you can see here, the coffee was creamy and looked strong. And it was. When I say that it was not the best coffee, it comes more to a flavour, when it comes to the roast of this coffee they use, I personally didn't love, maybe you will.

Because as you can see by the photos, the coffee itself has a great appearance.

In resume, this is a great place, I will probably go back but not for a coffee. Maybe for a drink or even a meal.

Anyway, I would recommend you to visit if you are in the area and don't know where to go.

Also, You might like the coffee cast they use. Remember that, this is just my personal taste.
