Hello there foodie lovers! I would like to show you one of our famous restobars here in Negros Island at Canlaon City, namely the F&C Inn and Restobar.

Grilled Chicken/Inasal (Chicken B-b-Q)

This is only one of their specialties. You can be sure that it's well prepared.

It is served in one set good for 1 chicken b-b-q, 1cup rice, 1papaya salad plus drink. My grandkids love this stuff!

You may choose what you want from their billboards.

Or choose from their available menus.

While waiting, Antonia loved to order French Fries too. The above photo shows our favorite orders: Bam-i, chopsuey, sisig, etc. They cook well.

When am tired of cooking at home, I'd love to order Sotanghon and Lumi but my favorite is Carbonara.

F&C Restobar is situated in the city proper of Canlaon hence it is accessible to locals and tourists as well. As you can see, it's very spacious. You can have pre-arrangements for bigger family gatherings so there's no hassle at all.

You can have meetings over long table,

Or over a cup of coffee.

On the other hand, you too, can conduct executive meetings or on something more confidential in a secluded and more private place.

And if you don't want to be disturbed while doing your research and virtual writing, a free WiFi zone is provided for you.

A small place beside the entrance is also provided for motorists to have some drinks.

Though not in the picture, they provide some rooms for transient Lodgers beside the restobar where a spacious reception area is also provided for bigger events such as programs, weddings, etc.

A little inn is provided at the front which is more affordable.

The above was our latest photo a week ago when my youngest son and his family spent their late vacation since they weren't allowed to spend the Holidays due to strict customers' demands at the BPO.

If given the chance, you are most welcome to visit our place and tour the natural resorts and enjoy the panoramic view of Mt. Canlaon among others.
