First driving experience for the kids

Wrapping up.png

Finally the time came to say goodbye to Eco Retreat, Daringbadi and we loved the experience. This was our first trip to Eco Retreat and they set up the camps at many places in my state, so we have decided to plan and visit one of them each year. The biggest advantage is the all meal plan, where you don't spend anything extra, as there is no provision of taking any order (else kids will always find out a way to spend more). Apart from Eco Retreat camps, we have a lot of Nature camps being set by the Tourism department. We are yet to explore one, so that's also on the plan. After the boy completes his 12th this year, we will plan more frequent trips, because travel is the best form to refresh ourselves as well as gives exposure to the kids. My place Odisha is known as India's best kept secret for its scenic beauty and serenity, so if you are coming to India, then it's worth exploring a few places, you can find several options here : https://www.ecotourodisha.com/

You can also visit https://odishatourism.gov.in/, and we have some beautiful beaches as well, once you come, you will love coming again.

Whenever we travel, bed tea is my responsibility :) and she loves me doing it :) After all she provides all the service at home, so its my time outside.

The morning is so blissful at this place, so we decided to capture few last snaps.

The last breakfast, everyone was not very happy leaving the place :) But since we had two more spots to visit before coming back (as we planned ourselves), so I told them to not expect a good lunch, as we may not even find a good hotel. Later they thanked me for that.

The pick up van helped us take our luggage and leave at the parking.

The people at the reception called us for feedback, and just then the kids discovered the ATV and kid's play area. We forgot about these as we were busy exploring the nature, but once they saw it, there was no way I could deny.

This was their very first driving experience of any vehicle and ATV was a bit scary for Sara, but I still tried to teach her. I also put my hands on it, for the very first time. The boy loved it, after few attempts, here is a memorable video :

The side view of the area was lovely, imagine people living there down the hill.
