Today started like any other day — routine, привычные дела, nothing special on the horizon.

Until my wife suddenly remembered she wanted to buy a blouse before our trip.

Now, I’m not exactly a fan of shopping malls… but you know how it goes. A quick “let’s just stop by” turns into a full mission. So we headed to Terminal 21.

While She Shops…

She disappeared into Uniqlo, and I stayed outside, doing what I do best — observing.

Somewhere nearby, an unknown guy was playing guitar. No stage, no crowd, just clean sound echoing through the mall. Honestly, moments like this hit differently. You’re standing there, not in a rush, just letting time pass.

And then I turned around.

Unexpected Food Fair 🍜

Right on the first floor — a full-on food fair.

Of course, I couldn’t just walk past it. Especially after my last post about Thai food got so much attention. This felt like a continuation.

Compared to the chaotic street markets, this one looked almost too perfect:
everything clean, organized, красиво оформлено — like a curated version of Thai street food culture.

Lots of natural drinks, colorful, inviting… but honestly, I had no idea what half of them were made of. And I wasn’t feeling adventurous enough to gamble this time 😄

Fruits, Fruits… and More Fruits 🍍

One thing about Thailand — fruit here is on another level.

You can find almost anything, any time of the year.

My personal favorites:

  • Pink guava

  • Durian (yeah, I’m one of those people)

  • Jackfruit

And the best part — you can try before you buy. If you’re not careful, you might end up full without spending much at all.

Sweet Weakness 🍫

I tried to resist… but failed.

Chocolate-covered strawberries got me instantly. And right next to them — these grain snacks being made on the spot by some weird-looking machine that twists and shapes them in seconds.

I had to film it.

Reached for my phone… and yeah — dead battery.

Perfect timing 😄

Would’ve been great to add a video to this post, but no worries. Something tells me I’ll run into that machine again, and next time I’ll be ready.

That’s It for Today

Nothing big. No epic adventure.

Just a simple day that turned into something worth sharing.

Sometimes that’s more than enough.
