Duden Waterfall Park

When you are in Antalya, be sure to visit the Dudan waterfall park that is located about 12 km North East of Antalya.

Two Waterfalls: Upper Dudan Waterfall and Lower Dudan Waterfall.

These waterfalls are in two separate places in the waterfall park.

Both of them are cascades of the same underground water.

These waterfalls are formed where the river is carved out of a deep gorge.

So if you are into hiking, you can walk in the gorge and enjoy the caves that are hidden behind the water cascade.

To visit these waterfalls will take a day trip to see them.

How To Get There

Go to the suburb of Lara, east of the Old Town.

You will see signs that point you to the entrance of the Park.

If you don't have a car, then go to Dogu Karaji Taksi station. Take a bus to the Duden Park Waterfalls.

Inside the Duden Waterfall Park

The walk in the park here is quite nice.

You can enjoy a lunch picnic here.

As you go further, there are challenges ahead in the hiking trail.

You will meet the rocky cliff that points directly into the Mediterranean sea.

Don't be scared.

It is actually quite safe here as you walk along the trail.

You actually get to see the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

Enjoy your walk.

You will get to to see a sign that leads you to the Waterfall Terrace.

Here, you see the water of the Lower Düden Falls dropping off from a rocky cliff that leads directly into the Mediterranean Sea.

This is quite a beautiful site!

Don't climb outside the walking trail and you will be safe.

Take your time to spend a day here to enjoy the sun, the park and the waterfall!

Enjoy,
