The square is a spacious, beautifully landscaped area surrounded by trees and adorned with meticulously maintained gardens. The centrepiece is a striking statue of Dr.Francisco Sá Carneiro, standing tall and dignified, a symbol of his enduring influence. The statue, sculpted with great detail, captures not just his likeness but also the essence of his leadership and vision for Portugal.

I found a comfortable bench nestled in a shaded corner of the garden. Sitting down, I took a moment to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. The sound of leaves rustling in the gentle breeze and the distant hum of city life created a perfect harmony.

After my pause in the garden and one last look at the serene beauty of Square of Dr. Francisco Sá Carneiro, I decided to extend my walk to the nearby Monte Aventino Sports Complex. Although I only spent a short time there, I was impressed by the modern and well-maintained facilities, offering a variety of options for physical activities and leisure. The energy and vibrancy of the place were palpable.

Embora tenha passado lá pouco tempo, fiquei impressionado com as instalações modernas e bem conservadas, que oferecem diversas opções de atividades físicas e de lazer. A energia e a vibração do local eram palpáveis.
