Hi there my Steemian friends and followers!

I have been back home in the Czech Republic for a couple of weeks already but I reminisce about the Caribbean every single day. In my today´s post, I would like to share my memories of Playa Delfines, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in Cancun and probably in all Mexico too.

The beach is located in the touristy part of Cancun known as La Zona Hotelera (the Hotel Zone) and you can easily get there by a car, taxi or bus from the downtown. Playa Delfines offers incredibly fine, white, powdery sand and warm turquoise crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Cancun beaches are usually clean even when the rest of the coast is struggling with the sea weed and the weather is almost always sunny here, making this place a true beachgoers´ hotspot.

The beach stretches for long miles, providing enough space for the visitors, which is why it rarely gets really crowded. However, as you can see in the photos, there are no palm trees on Playa Delfines so if you want to stay in shade (and trust me, you want - the Caribbean sun is tremendously strong!), you either have to bring your own umbrella or rent one of those offered by local vendors. The choice of refreshment is also quite limited, you better bring your own food and water.

I took the above featured photos with my cell phone (Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite) some two months ago.
